Shardeum

Shardeum is an EVM-compatible dynamically sharded blockchain with infinite scalability, true decentralization, and solid security. It aims to be a chain capable of onboarding over a billion people to the blockchain and crypto revolution. Like the Internet, will be open, collaborative, and community-driven and would democratize accessibility to decentralization. With a larger number of nodes will also have a higher degree of decentralization.

Shardeum also incorporates many unique features such as linear scaling, node rotation, load detection, and auto-scaling. While most platforms group transactions into blocks and apply consensus at the block level, Shardeum does consensus on each transaction separately. This reduces the time to process the transactions. Although dynamic sharding is more complex to implement than static sharding, it allows for true linear scaling

  Co-founder. DLT Architect. For the last 3 decades Omar has helped big companies, such as NASA, Yahoo and Zynga to build highly scalable, fault tolerant, distributed systems. Omar has a BS in Computer Engineering and a MS in Electrical Engineering, both at Case Western Reserve University, with a Specialization in Artificial Inteligence‍
